Pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp. It's important to apply the body oil when your skin is still moist to lock in moisture. Dispense a small amount of the body oil into the palm of your hand. Start with a dime-sized amount and adjust as needed. Rub your hands together to warm the oil and spread it evenly.

Gently massage the body oil onto your skin using upward circular motions. Focus on areas that tend to be drier, such as elbows, knees, and ankles.
