Processing Time: Please note that there is a 5-7 day processing time for all orders. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items with attention to detail. Our products are handmade so please be patient while your goodies are being formulated.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. Once your order has been processed, we will ship it using the selected shipping method.
• GROUND ADVANTAGE SHIPPING: This is our most economical shipping method with delivery typically taking (3 to 8 business days). It is a reliable option for customers who are not in a rush to receive their order.
• PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING: If you need your order sooner, we offer priority shipping. With this option, your package will be prioritized for faster processing and delivery, usually within (2 to 5 business days). Please note that additional fees may apply for priority shipping.
• FREE SHIPPING: For eligible orders that meet our criteria, we offer free shipping as a cost-saving option. All orders $75 and over qualify for free shipping. The delivery time for free shipping is similar to our ground advantage shipping method.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately we donot offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Time: The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment.
Order Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email. You will receive notifications when your order is processed, shipped and delivered.
Order Issues: Sweetie Scrubs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses, or mistakes made by the shipping company. Please reach out to our customer support team for any inquiries and we will try our best to resolve any issues you may have.
